HOME > New Hires - Instructor Qualification Program
Once you have successfully completed the interview process, you will be invited to attend our "Berlitz Instructor Qualification Program." This 6-day program is unpaid and participants are responsible for their accommodations including meals and transportation. Our focus is to help you develop the tools necessary to give a good Berlitz-quality lesson to our customers onsite and in out service locations. After successfully completing the "Berlitz Instructor Qualification Program," you may begin working for Berlitz at your full salary and benefits. Additional support and training is available during paid "Professional Development Workshops" at Berlitz Japan HQ and our Regional Office in Osaka, delivered in your Language Center, and through ongoing feedback and support.
