- At Berlitz Japan we have 3 contracts:
- 1)
a semi full-time contract
- 2)
a part-time contract
- 3)
a flexible paid-per-lesson contract
The semi full-time contract is for less than 27 hours of work per week and pays ¥250,000 per month plus an annual contract completion bonus. Extra paid work outside of contract time may be available on a unit-by-unit basis. All semi full-time employees are also automatically included in our free travelers' accident insurance plan. Visa sponsorship is available for select positions for qualified applicants holding a minimum of a Bachelor's degree. Berlitz Japan is unable to offer visa sponsorship for part-time work, therefore applicants who are interested in Part-time/Paid-per-lesson work must already hold a valid visa that permits work in Japan. Berlitz Japan does not offer employee housing but can act as a housing guarantor for eligible employees.
