All applicants for positions at Berlitz Japan must submit an application through our automated application process. Only those who successfully pass the initial screening will be contacted for further information, including your resume and references, and a detailed questionnaire for you to complete which will allow you to tell us more about you. Our interview process is a two-stage process involving a group interview with our Human Resources recruiting agent and an individual interview with the management of a Language Center. Once you have successfully completed the interview process, you will be invited to attend our Berlitz Instructor Qualification Program. This 6-day program is unpaid. After successfully completing the Berlitz Instructor Qualification Program, you will be considered a Berlitz employee and will start at your full salary and normal working conditions.
